We collect and store daily audio recordings you make in the app. These recordings are stored securely using Apple iCloud and are accessible only to you. We do not use or share your recordings for any other purpose.
Our application may also gather basic technical information—such as your device type and app usage patterns—for analytical purposes. However, this data is anonymized and cannot be linked to your identity. We use Firebase to help us ensure the app runs smoothly and to identify any performance issues. This data is anonymized and used solely for maintaining and improving the app’s performance.
Your daily audio recordings are used solely to generate personalized “reflections” that promote your personal well-being. No human reviews your recordings, and they are not used for advertising or marketing purposes. Anonymized technical data is used internally to improve our app’s functionality and ensure a smooth user experience.
We take your privacy seriously. All data is encrypted both at rest and in transit. We use Apple iCloud’s secure infrastructure to store your recordings and rely on “Sign in with Apple” to protect your account. We never associate the data we collect with your identity, ensuring that your personal information remains private.
You can delete your recordings or your account at any time. To do so, simply write to us at privacy@guidedalchemy.com. Once deleted, your recordings and any associated data are permanently removed from our servers. We do not sell or share your personal information with any third parties.
We may occasionally update this Privacy Policy to reflect new features or changes in data handling practices. If we make significant changes, we’ll notify you through the app or via email. Please review the updated policy, and if you continue to use the app, you accept the changes.
